What is the game about?

DOORS is a first person horror game with the ultimate goal of reaching Gate 100 and avoiding entities that try to kill the players. Inside the lobby, players can enter elevators that can consist of 1-4 players to explore The Hotel. (Up to 12 on private servers).

Players start in the elevator and are given a pre-execution shop to purchase 4 available items: Vitamins, Lock Picks, Lighter, and Flashlight. Once players exit the elevator, they will enter the reception room and need to receive the billboard key to open the door.

The rest of the game progresses by entering the following doors to enter the next room. Almost all of the rooms below are randomly generated, with a set of default rooms appearing in a different order each game played. Rooms will comprise interactive furniture such as shelves that hold coins, items, keys, or just nothing, and cabinets/beds that allow players to hide from Rush and Ambush. Some rooms will be dark, either naturally or from Ambush or Rush, and locked doors that require a hidden key to open.
